M&P 9mm Holster for Production IDPA / USPSA

Any holster and mag holder suggestions for my new M&P 9mm?

personaly I prefer the speed paddle, but most seem to go with the locking paddle.

What is the difference? Why do you use a speed paddle model?

I've never shot in competition and haven't needed a holster before.

The locking paddle sticks out from the body a little further. I get slightly better draws with the speed paddle when shooting from concealment.
