M&P 45 in FDE

Is the M&P 45 in FDE available without a manual safety or do you have to get an all black one to lose the manual safety. All the FDE M&P 45s I have seen at Bud's GS have a manual safety.

I don't think it's available from the factory that way, but for what it's worth, the manual safety takes about 10 min to remove. You just need to order the little plastic plugs that stick into the grip to replace the levers.

Don't let the presence of the safety prevent you from getting the gun you want.
