M&P 45 compact

Any one carry one of these. If so. How do you like it? Pros and cons please.

I had one for a while. Really nice gun. Good size. I wish they made a 9mm in that size. Very Glock 19-ish.

I would say it's probably my 2nd favorite 45 for carry, after the HK 45 Compact.

I don't like the hinged trigger on those, which is why I went with the Glock 36.

MichaelS, I'm just not a glock fan. They don't fit me at all and while I'm efficient with the one I carry on duty. I don't think I'd like to own one of my own.

Cheers. Give the Sig320C .45 a try. Similar feel to the M&P, but with a much better trigger.

I carry Appendix IWB almost exclusively, and I'm a big fan of the Alpha Concealment Apollo style.

If you want something close in quality for quite a bit less money, the Clinger Atom is also a good choice.

I would recommend Tulster as well, but he doesn't make one for the M&P 45. If you have anything that he does make a holster for, I HIGHLY recommend his Profile holsters.
