Try going to google.com and searching on "machine gun dealer" or "class iii firearms" or something to that effect.

With the paperwork and other hassles you have to go through, you'd be better off finding a local (or near as possible) dealer to do the transfer. As with any NIB gun, it is possible your M11/9 may have a few teething problems and it's always nice to have someone you can yell at face-to-face.
