Lyman vs Thompson-Center?

I'm looking at purchasing another black powder rifle for hunting. Traditional styling.

Any thoughts on a TC Hawkin vs Lyman's host of BP rifles (Deer Stalkers, Trade Rifle, or Great Plains models)? Where to buy at the best prices?

There's a lot of good smokepoles out there, but I don't think anyone will argue, that Thompson Center rifles are about as good as any of them. If you get carried away, they are a little pricey, but since the centerfires have come out, you can find a lot of the traditional rifles in your local pawn shop, and if they have been taken care of properly, you can probably pick one up far cheaper than buying new.
