Lyman Target Scope

I have a vintage LYMAN SUPER TARGETSPOT SCOPE. And would like to have some work done on it, anyone know of someone who works on vintage scopes? I got an email address of a man from OH. by then name of PARSONS, but the email address does not work, possibly its been changed?
