Bot a "black widow" luger in an orig Luger holster with name inscribed but it does not appear to be std army issue. Could it be police? The strap comes up and buttons to an aluminum stud on the flap and there is a leather strap that goes into the holster and if you pull on the end of the strap, it raises the gun so it can be drawn. Any info? The gun has no police markings.
