LTCF ( CCW ) revocation overturned

In Franklin County PA a Sheriff revoced a gentleman's LTCF because he open carried at a polling place. this is a legal act under PA law. The Judge reinstated his permit. A large chunk of the funds used to fight the sheriff were contributed by the members of PAFOA.org.

That's awesome to see. It's always nice to see a legal carrier obeying the law and coming out on top.
Cheers also to the judge.
Also great that the LEO who apparently didn't really know the law looks like a great big arse now.
Lesson in humility, I suppose. Maybe he'll make the effort to educate himself now?

Seems to me that if you have the power to issue/revoke permits, you should know the law associated with that authority.
