Low profile gas block

Removing my front milspec front sight post and installing a low profile block in order to mount a 13 inch free float tube on my ar. Is there anything special I should know in advance? Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have a punch and a small hammer you are good to good. Common sence helps but I assume you have that under control.
