Bummer, Lou was good people. I used to go to his shop years agon on Niagara Falls Blvd in Tonawanda, NY

Where did you hear the news of this orchidhunter? I ask because there were rumors of Lou's demise a week or two ago, and it was completely false. Before sending any condolences, it would be good to know for sure.

The news about Lou Alessi is a new "sticky" posted today on www.1911forum.com under the holster subforum. You're right about a recent posting about a month ago making the same claim. This time it seems genuine.

Mal H, I do wish my Thread was a rumor, and that it was completely false, but I assure you sir that unfortunately that is not the case. Those of you who wish to send there regards to the family by way of Mr. Kulwicki, please do. orchidhunter

You have been one of the best of the best in holster making and a real gentleman.
