Loosening Safety on Browning Citori

I have a new Browning 725 Citori Feather. It's a great gun however the safety switch is very tight and hard to push forward. Is there some way to loosen that so it slides easier other than just shooting the gun a lot.

Might be worth removing the safety and then lightly sanding the underside of the safety with 1000 grit sandpaper and oil if it's making to much contact to the frame.

The pin through the safety button rides on a spring. Making the safety easier to work is relatively easy. Take the stock off, disassemble the safety, thin down the spring, reassemble. Shouldn't take a skilled gunsmith more than about 1/2 hour.
