Loose grips on p226

I got a sig equinox p226 about 5 months ago and noticed pretty much right after I got it that the grips were a little loose I've tightened the screws down several times but even with them freshly snugged they still have a little squiggle in them. What would y'all recommend doing? I was thinking about laying down a small bead of epoxy then tightening the grips but wasnt positive so I figured I'd ask

I wouldn't try anything as permanent as epoxy, first I'd try Ye Olde Loctite.
Is the gun NIB ? Perhaps the screws are a little off spec.

It was nib ya, I've tried locators already. Also the grips have a little bit of movement even when the screws are tightened

Do you have washers under the screws? Also, does the gun have the aluminum grips? Someone posted that they were having trouble keeping screws tight in the aluminum grips. I wonder if you may need slightly different size washers or screws. You might check and see what Brownells or a local hardware store has to offer.
 
Go to your local hardware store and get yourself some mini 0-ring washers. You can cut these in half like a bagel and use it between the screw and the grips.
