Looking for rear adjustable iron sight that will attach to a Weaver rail

I have found that B-Square now makes a scope rail for the Taurus 941. However, it requires removal of the rear sight. I'd like to be able to switch between a scope and iron sights without having to reinstall and sight. Does anyone make a rear sight that will attach to a Weaver rail?
