Looking for Pics

I'm looking for good photos of a Smith & Wesson 25-5 in .45 Colt, with a 6" barrel. (The one I'm buying is in this configuration, though for some reason I though the barrel was five inches. It might be, but did they even make it in that length? At any rate it balances perfectly in my hand).

I've been unable to find much in the way of decent pics of this piece on the internet. Are they really that rare?

Try http://www.gunsamerica.com for some pictures, someone might have one there. It's down for service at the moment though so you'll have to wait until morning I'd guess.

The 25-7 was made with a 5" barrel and unfluted cylinder, I don't know if the 25-5 ever had a 5" on it though.

LOL, here I was tempted to post a picture of my 25-3 and somebody goes and does it for me.

But hey, I can't fault the guy for being honest. I always wondered if some day I might find somebody posting pictures of my guns on the net and claiming that they owned them.

If I could get a 25-5 as well, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I'd like to get the longer cylinder model just for the heck of it.

Wow...they sure are pretty, aren't they?
Yup!!
N-Frames w/6" barrels are a thing of beauty. The lines and the deep bluing on the older models tend to have a "liquid" appearance to them. Kinda like a red sports car takes on the look of doing 90 sitting still.

*Just don't go giving that N a dirt bath like you did the CZ though,,K? :D
