Looking for Jeffery Snyder Essay.

I am in a furious search for an essay by Jeffery Snyder. I don't need "an nation of Cowards." I need another one I found on the net a few days ago, but have lost. It was based on the philosophy of law, and the uselessness of gun control. Can anyone locate it for me?

I went to www.Google.com and searched on that name. Got thousands of hits - most irrelevant.

I then tried ["Jeffery Snyder" gun] and got a bunch again. Many related to A Nation of Cowards but surely... well, *hopefully* there would be something helpful there.
