Looking for help with shell plate

I load on an RCBS Pro 2000 progressive press. As it indexes the shell plate jerks, which occasionally scatters a flake or two of powder. After a loading session I have a bit of a mess to clean up. Apparently there is an after-market contraption for Dillon 605 presses that somehow damps the jerk, so the indexing is smoother. I have been unable to locate such a device for the RCBS press, and RCBS is unaware of any after market product to do that. If anyone knows of such a device please advise.

It didn't eliminate spillage but it did lessen it. To eliminate spillage, I learned to also not be so aggressive on the upstroke of the press handle.
