Do you like to sit in a chair, or on a stool or stand?
I found using a Gorilla Rack system set up half-height with a plywood/kitchen counter top worked well with the lower of the two normal bar stool height furniture
Make sure you allow room for expansion - either another safe or more components/ammo factored in as "STUFF" always seems to expand to fill the space available.......
Are you loading handgun, rifle and shotgun? Lot of presses can be involved and if you do not want to set them up in some modular location fashion, plan on enough room on your layout. At one time, I went from one single stage press to having a single stage, progressive metallic, and three progressive shotgun presses all set up. Things got too crowded space-wise when reloading and trying to have work space for other things as well.
If you use a good balance beam scale, set it up on a shelf at eye height and not attached to your bench so the vibrations from the loader do not interfere
Form follows function and while adding the TV, fridge, sofa, etc. all sound good, they waste a lot of space.
Don't forget heat and air and humidity control if applicable along with ventilation if you will be tumbling brass in the room.
With 11 X 14, personally I might be tempted to run a long 14'counter down one side for presses and reloading and 3- 4' by 7' high storage racking systems like you get in Costco or Sam's Club that can hold weight and where you can change the shelf heights as necessary for different things.
Good luck and have fun!
