I have used Rick Hiland who is in Bow, NH. He was recommended to me by someone at Riley's gunshop.

I would recommend Mr. Hiland for basic gunsmithing. He is an experienced machinist and gunsmith. He also builds race cars for a living and has a pretty extensive machine shop.
