Looking for a nice Fanny Pack for Conceal Carry

Looking for a pack to carry either a G19 or G26 (Glock) while Mt Biking. I am looking for a pack that has a holster inside and that is not too $$$$$ Any suggestions?

Thanks,

if you look for one with holster already inside, you pay for a specialty item.
heck, i'd just go with sporting goods fanny pack and secure a holster inside.
should be much cheaper and more undercover in appearance.

I don't have a brand for you, but I did use a fanny pack to drop a Smith M60 into when I was backpacking. No need for a holster inside of it. They're innocuos enough that no one will be alarmed that you're carrying.

The thing is, where I live, to transport a gun in a case, the case has to be specifically made to accomodate a gun.

DON"T just get a regular fannypack. Get one made for a gun and is easy to access. You don't want to be fumbling around looking for a little zipper pull when you need your gun NOW.

My wife just bought one at a local shop and it is made to be accessed very easy.

I've seen some on ebay but I don't know how good they are.

The key is quick access to the gun.

Unless you are walking adound with 5 kids in DisneyWorld, you can't carry a gun "concealed" in a fanny pack. Especially in one of those giant fanny packs designed for carrying a gun (like shown in the link above).

As for the Micro GunPak mentioned by redsaber75, where do you people walk/work?! If you're an on-duty EMT, you can get away with that look, I guess.

Walk down the street or through the mall, and tell me how many fanny packs you see.

You may as well strap on a Peacemaker in a Lone Ranger belt. Either carry style screams "I have a gun".

I use a Bianchi for my 4" GP100s, and it also 'kinda' holsters some of my other guns.
Had it for over ten years.....

I also have a non-gun fanny pack (in blue) that looks like a fanny pack, but it, too can hold guns.
Not securely, though.

False. 95% of the people (i.e., sheeple), are oblivious to the reality of concealed carry. A fanny pack looks dorkie. But it isn't conclusive proof of the presence of a gun.

Any suggestions?

But you say you're looking for inexpensive. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for.

That Camelback Goblin that ohen cepel mentions does look pretty cool. These days it seems that everywhere you go there are people with "hydration packs". That one looks good, and would not give away its dual purpose to anyone except those who know the Camelback line.

Whatever did we do in the days before we carried a days worth of water with us to the mall?! :)

In my opinion, a fanny pack screams one of two things, Gun or, how do I say this "PC"......"somewhat less than manly." Combine this with the fact that they are an impractical method of carry, due to the slow draw, and the risk of having the pack seperated from the body, I find them to be an unacceptable carry method.

Pony up for a good holster, and never wear anyhting with the word "fanny" in its name. Seriously. Do you really think men from the era of John Wayne, Jeff Cooper, Elmer Keith, and Skeeter Skelton would carry a gun in a fanny pack?

Go here: http://www.bagmaster.com/

I've used a bagmaster fanny pack for 10 years now (and I use it A LOT). They have a lifetime warranty.

I'm on my second one now. The zipper on the first one failed after 5 years. I sent it back to have the zipper fixed and they sent me a new pack no charge. Can't beat that.
