Looking for a good tactical holster

Blackhawk makes a nice Serpa holster with their level 2 retention system, although it messes my grip up whenever I draw. I have heard you can pile epoxy on the release detent for a smoother draw but was wondering if anyone out there makes something with a better release system. Before you suggest thumb-breaks, please keep in mind that I have tried them as well but do not care for them, due to my own fault of not always flipping the thumb-break lever back over the pistol after re-insertion.
 
the serpa is a no-go in my book. a few too many reports about ND/AD from the shooters trigger finger continuing from the 'button press' right on thru to the trigger during the draw.

you didnt say what your intention is regarding carry...business, LEO, IDPA or CCW?

Mission should dictate gear.
