Looking for 22 Hornet BORE GUIDE

I am looking for a BORE GUIDE to protect my Ruger 77/22-Hornet. Nobody seems to have one. There is one available from Midway for a Contender but, I want one that will lock down/like the bolt.

I would love to have a BORE GUIDE that would fit both my Ruger 77/22 and my Ruger 77/22-Hornet. Anybody know who makes one or both?

Sinclair makes one for the Ruger 77/22 Hornet, #RG7722. They also make one for the rimfire 77/22, #RGW52. Price for either is $16.25. I have a couple of their bore guides and like them very much. It is a slide-in type made of delrin, not the bolt type.

It is a slide-in type?

Please help me.
Sometimes when I run brushes and patches through my using the MTM bore guides, 223 and 30-06 the bore guides want to work loose. With the non locking/bolt type, how do you get them to STAY PUT so they will do their job in protecting the chamber?

Madison,
I use the Sinclair on a Kimber 84 in .223 and an Ultra Light Arms .22. It stays in pretty well. I have to pull them out. They are fitted to the rifle so may have closer tolerances than the MTM. The Kimber version has an "O" ring to prevent solvent from flowing back into the action. I really have to use some force to get it out of the action. Stoney Point may have a "bolt" type for the 77/22 Hornet. The action of the Ruger Hornet may be difficult to fit for some reason or another. I'm just not sure. The 77/22 rimfire uses the same bolt guide as a Winchester 52 (as you are probably aware) since the actions are similar. I would give the guys at Sinclair a call (or email), they carry the Stoney Point and the delrin guides.
Regards,
JB
