Lookin for bullets

I recently ended up with a Chaparral in 40/60, and have been having problems getting reasonable accuracy out of it. I slugged the barrel and came out with .4066. I tried some .406 diameter bullets and couldn't get it to do much under about 5 inches at 50 yds....and now I'm thinking maybe I should try some .408 bullets in the 200 gr. range. My problem is finding some of them as I gave up casting a long time ago.
Does anyone out there know of a commercial caster that will custom size their bullets for you? I think if I could find someone that casts .41 mag bullets and would size them down to .408 I might be on the right track.

If you cant find bullets large enough you may want to consider powder coating. Its easy and a very small investment in money and space. You can easily add two thousands or more and you dont have to worry about lube.

Midway lists Montana bullets and Hunters Supply bullets .406" and .408", lubed, in assorted weights.
Graf's lists cast .406" 250 grains and their own TCJ 200 grain RN's they think is for .401 SL. They also have Jameson brass currently on sale at $25.19 per 100.
