Longer Trigger for J-Frame

Okay all.

I have a slight modification I would like to make to a J-Frame S&W I have had for several years. I need to add or make the trigger a little longer. I also have a 940 which is part of my collection which has the same problem with my specific hand size. I have already done the grip change route.

Any one know of a long trigger or trigger shoe (this may not be an option as it makes the trigger a little wider therefore may snag on my ballistic vest holster) for the J-Frame.

If it were fitted with a trigger shoe, the smith may be able to dress down the sides to the same width as the underlying trigger. You mentioned trying different grips. Perhaps some could be made up for you with more material in the backstrap to increase the trigger reach. Herret's, perhaps?
