Lock-Tight for Rear Sight...

I'm in the process of "rebuilding" a M590, it didn't come with ghost-ring sights but I'm not going to let that stop me! :D Ordered the rear sight assembly with screws. When I add the rear-sight I'd like to add a little Lock-Tight to the hex screws.
Simple question, does anyone know of a good source for "Lock-Tight"? I've tried Wal-Mart and all they ever give me is that they are all out...Hmmm...Any other places I should look?

Any hardware store should carry Loctite or a similar brand. The last tube I purchased I got at a Sears tool store.

Or you can get a Brownells catalog and order it from them.

www.brownells.com

Their catalog is fun to browse through, lots of neat junk to buy for your guns.

Thanks K80, I just happen to have a Brownells catalog and low and behold, page 131; Lock-Tight. Now here's the question should I get BLUE (ideal for scope mounting) or RED (for REALLY tight jobs!)...I'm figuring a 6cc container of the RED. It is a 12 gauge afterall.

Red LocTite should _never_ be used on bolts or screws less than 1/4" diameter, and even at that you'll need a torch to heat the bolts when you need to remove them if you want to avoid damaging the threads. Use the blue, and use it sparingly.

Gotcha Monkeyleg, use the blue...I was a little paranoid about putting something onto my shotgun that I could only remove with "heavy tools".
