Local FL TFL'ers HELP!!!!!!

Since moving to the Miami area I have been constantly trying to find a decent gunshop to sink my $$ into. I have come across terrible customer service, bungled holster orders with no apologies, long waits and no sense that ANYBODY cares about a gun sale at all!!!!!!!!! If any TFl'er has any good input here it would be greatly appreciated, am thinking of just sticking to interent for ammo, pistols etc.
 
The only good gunshops I've found in South Florida are quite a ways from Miami! I'd say you are stuck with going to gun shows (not always a bad thing).
 
I've been in Florida for less than a year and obviously don't know the best places but out of all the ones that I've been to, I like Firearms Plus the best. Give them a call for directions (I know you take I-95 from Miami to Fort Lauderdale but I don't remember which exit to get off of -- I can recognize it when I see it) and tell them FUD sent ya.

Try Garcia National on SW 22nd(?) in Hialeah. Ask for Jack. I haven't been there in a few years, but they were straight guys. If Jack's still around, tell him I sent you.

funinsun, I live in south florida and I have cruised just about all the gunshops around. Email me and I will try to help you with both gunshops and the best gunsmith in this here region. Peter
 
Garcia National in miami 22 ave and 2 street
pricey but good service.
Lou's Gunshop in Hialeah, Lou is a major Police distributor and he has good deals on many guns. Do not go at lunch time or near closing time.
Of the pawnshops Bird Road Pawn and Gun has decent prices ask for Dave.

Do not be inntimidated by the people at the range or Gunshop commandos and try to avoid Miami Police Supply and Aces if you want to get a good deal.
 
While we're on the subject of southern Florida ... are there any good INDOOR ranges near (half an hour to 45 minutes in any direction) the intersection of I-75 & I-595?
