Loads for SS109 in 5.56

I am pretty new to reloading. Have been reloading mostly 9 mm and 45 auto. Starting to load 5.56. I have BL-C(2), RL15, and ARComp and I want to do some load work ups for the 1000 SS109 rounds I just bought. Using mixed brass, mostly 223. Really hard to find 5.56 data. Any recommendations for loads?

Use .223 Rem load data. Start 10% low then work up watching for signs of high pressure.

Use 62gr data for 223.

ss109 will use the same data as any 62gr. should be very easy to find.
