If that was the case then concealed carrying would be considered premeditated.How ever, i personally would stick to factory loads.
 
Ive heard that it can cause extra concerns/issues... in the event of an altrication...tho I have no documented facts.... I would stick to factory loads also
 
The issue has been discussed here many times. Those who could reasonably be considered an experts (in fact, actual court recognized experts) pretty well agree that using handloaded ammunition in defensive guns is a bad idea.


Mas Ayoob, a recognized expert, had plenty to say about the issue in this thread. Every opinion you could ever want can be found there.
