Not only is IL the only state that has no legal concealed carry, but the gun control mentality is still alive and well here. Today the Chicago Tribune had a lengthy article about the mayor of Chicago calling for statewide gun registration. I guess the same criminals who don't have the required FOID (Firearm Owners Identification card) will comply and register their guns.
