for all of you that ask how to field dress a deer about this time of year, here are some videos
link 1 shows a good field dressing ans skinning, but I would not cut through the chest like he is, that is a good way to accidentaly slip and your knife ends up in your leg. also I usually skin the deer hanging from it's rear legs and working forward instead of how they skin it by the neck down.
