Limb Saver Recoil Pads

Has anyone else had problems with the Limbsaver Recoil pads getting sticky? Shortly after installing one on my .338 Win Mag. it has gotten really nasty. It leaks a sticky substance that glues everything it touches to the pad. Such as pulling felt out of my gun cabinet. I've washed it, dried it, even tried to paint it. But it just keeps leaking. What's up? Is this a common thing or just my luck?
 
Limbsaver has acknowledged that they had a problem with some of their pads not curing correctly. Contact them as they will replace the pad.

Thanks. Started to think these things only happen to me. I've got to replace this with another pad any way, so I'm looking into maybe a Decelerator. Always open to ideas.
