Like Ann Coulter or not, this was a good one

this doesn't seem like a permanent link though.
Edited: it's too long to submit in full, just one quote that cracked me up:
...As I understand it, you're also supposed to not cross the border illegally from Mexico with a van full of drugs. But the Bush administration has no interest in enforcing those laws. Ninety-eight percent of illegal aliens captured crossing the border illegally are not prosecuted. Those drugs are doing the job American drugs just won't do!...

I loath Ann and I won't even click on this link for fear of being subjected to her usual jibberish, but at face value, this is a good quote and I'll walk away slightly amused.:)

bitch

That gal is a bitch no matter how you slice her and me, I'd prefer slow and rough with maybe a chainsaw. I'll give no credence to her hate and rhetoric.

A couple more columns like that one and I will vote for her and Ron Paul as the presidential pair, would surely beat Billery and Fineschwine!

Honestly, pundits and academics who troll the political and social science scene often give their readers/listeners almost nothing to judge the value of their words but their own integrity.

Over the years, Ann has seemed to me to be little more than a publicity-hungry demagogue, and thus no more worthy of attention than that young girl who shaved her head and then when to prison for speeding (or something like that).

Has something changed that should require me to re-evaluate my prior judgment?

Not sure if this is directed at me. If yes - I really have no interest in discussing her, or anybody else's, personality per se; particularly in persuasive way. Our opinions may (or may not) differ, it's not the point. It's about the article rather than the author. I found valid points there, and enjoyed the humor (morbid on occasion).

Having said that. Re-evaluation of a judgment is more often product of changing perception than anything else. People almost never change their convictions based on objective data, no matter how overwhelming data is. That's why, for example, it's no surprise that you can't use logic to convert anti-gunners (an example close and dear to everyone on this board)

With that observation in mind, you would be the first person to know if anything has changed that should require you to re-evaluate your prior judgment :)
