Nice safe. Was looking for the cheapest. Was about to order a stack on but found the budget line of liberty safes. Glad I didn't try to save a hundred bucks.

NO idea how they make the safes look so full. Only have 3 long guns and around 3000 rounds of ammo and it looks empty. One thing I do not like is the flex interior long gun holder is pretty high. Will need to add a lift at the bottom so the barrels rest in the holder.
 
I have one of these, but it has more rifle racks on the right hand side instead of the shelving. It's good at its price point, and I am happy with it. It doesn't offer a lot of room for scoped rifles, and like you mentioned the barrel racks are too high up for most 16" barreled rifles. The top shelf is large enough for a pistol rack, and the door does a good job of holding my pin-in pouches.
