Does anyone know anything about this shotgun?

It has a double trigger. It was made in Japan.

The only thing Google turns up is other people asking about it with not a whole lot of information coming back. I've seen someone saying there was an importer by the name of Liberty around 1997. I think this thing has been collecting dust longer than that.
 
Imported from Japan by KBI, probably in the 1990s but I'm guessing on the date.
