Libertarians join with the Green Party: Ohio Recount

I'll bet they got there money from all the Bush hating Democrats. What a waste of time and money. Think of all the trees that the Green party kills for the paper that will be used in the recount. Shows the hypocracy of the Greens and the Libertarians. I expected it from the Greens but not the Libertarians. Just goes to show.........

Small parties are trying to get their totals over a limit that makes
them legit in OH, for next elections, to automatically be on ballot
without the petitions needed. And some dems egged them on I'm sure.
Thing is the vote total for GOP probably will go up, as the dems have all
the liberal pointy headed hackers who tried to skew the results in their
favor. That would hurt dems for sure..Ed

It seems as if they want to make sure of the accuracy of the machines that read votes, and in no way want to overturn the election. If they wanted to do that it seems a little odd to wait this long.

they want to make sure of the accuracy of the machines that read votes,
More like David "the blithering idiot with an agenda" Allen wants to show the world how brilliant he is :barf:

Bottom line is eVoting is big -big -big -big bucks.

I watched the roll-out of it here in Ohio from a distance. What a schlock job.
My guess is that it was just as sloppy everywhere else.

I'm a Libertarian, and I have to admit, I voted via absentee and one of the reasons I did is I don't trust the new electronic voting. Did not the man who owns the company that created the machines based in Ohio flat out say he guaranteed Bush would win Ohio?
That may be urban myth, I'm not sure. But I heard it a couple of months before the election.
At the same time, while not trusting the electronic process, I think it's silly to demand a recount.

That was Diebold touch screen machines and I heard they were not used in OH as state GOP Sec of state wouldn't approve them. Too many glitches,
when they ran simulations and tests in the summer.
The prez of the company does support GW, but could never cheat for him, too many people watching.Ed.
