Does anyone make a lever action rifle in 9mm, 40S&W, or 45ACP? I am a person that likes my rifle round to match my handgun. Imagine how many rounds of these shorter cartridges you could fit in a tubular magazine. The possibilities are endless!

Rimless cartridges would be difficult if not imposible to chamber a lever gun in. Check out marlin and ruger's offerings in these callibers.

I'm not aware of any leverguns in 9mm, .40, or .45. If you want a carbine in those calibers, you'll probably have to go with a semi-auto. Hi-Point, Keltec, Marlin, Olympic Arms, Ruger, and Special Weapons have all offered semi-autos in one or more of those calibers.

Marlin would be the easiest as they chamber for 35 Rem.( IIRC, head size is same as 45 acp,),not sure what changes would be needed in feed and lifter . Go to Sixguns.com and e-mail Paco Kelley. He can probably tell you if anyone has or will convert one this way..
