Lever action gunsmith - recommendations?

I have a Winchester trapper in 30/30. I noticed that the rounds tend to hang every 4 or 5 rounds going into the chamber. I usually back off slightly on the lever and then it chambers. It is pretty frustrating. I am looking for a good gunsmith. Any recommendations??

My Marlin 1894P works without a flaw. Shorter action and smoother throw. I am kind of sorry I bought the Winchester now.

I'd recommend a Marlin ;-)

I'm slowly, sadly coming to the conclusion that most of Winchester's recent production is B-grade.
