for a while now ive seen nothing but every handgun and carry weapon of a guy. i want to see your wifes carry gun, and females out there that have guns lets see em.
 
Here is what my wife carries most of the time.I'm trying to convince to get something better but she likes her snubbie.

Something better? A .357 mag revolver is a fine carry gun, and if she likes it there is no reason to pressure a change.
 
Here is my wife's S&W 637. She just got it and has only put 50 rounds through it so far. She chose this after firing my P3AT, Glock 27 & SP101. It is light enough but doesn't beat her hand up with the recoil.

My wife carries a Bersa Thunder CC 380. I'd show you a pic but daggumit, I spent my camera money on a S&W 637:D. See post above for that pic.

My wife uses a 1911 MK IV....She is small and has small hands and she says it fits better than any other firearm in the safe. She is accurate with it too!

Women's guns???

Oh great...here comes all the pictures of pretty, shiny little mouse guns with girlish pearl handles and...oh wait...those are my pistols. :o :p ;)
 
My girl's carry is me. She is two young to carry and I dont think she is interested yet. When she turns 21 (nov.) I'm going to get her a K9, a gun she really loves and hope that she decides to carry. No pressure though.
 
I can't compare the 637 to a medium frame 9MM because I don't have one and never shot one. I can compare it to the other guns I do have and I think it is less than the P3AT & G27. When I shoot .38's in my SP101, the recoil is less than the 637 but I think that has to do with the weight of the SP101 absorbing some of the recoil. I have an SR9 and the recoil isn't bad on that. My wife didn't want to try the SR9 yet.
