I have a person wanting to trade me his High Standard Flight King 20 gauge shotgun. It will accept 3" shells and has a fixed modified choke. The gun is in nice shape for its age (approx 35-40 years old I believe).
He would like 2k rounds of .22LR ammo for it. 1000 rounds of my CCI Mini Mag, 1 525 Blazer Bulk, and 1 500 box of Winchester Bulk. The price tags are still on my ammo from a few years back, I am into the ammo approx $130.
I want another 20 gauge and this looks to be a decent rifle. If I trade the ammo it will leave me with approx 2300 rounds of .22LR. Normally this would not concern me but in today's climate I don't know when/if I will be able to replace it. I could just sell the ammo and buy an NEF Pardner new from Wal-Mart would be the other option.
Trade, sell, or keep?
