Les Baer - The rest of my story

A while back I posted about some problems with my Premier II and the customer service I recevied from Baer. In all fairness I should tell the rest of the story. On the advice of Terry Peters, the guy I bought it from, I sent it to Steve Clark Custom. Steve's background includes both time spent at Baer and Wilson as well as his own thing. I got the gun back in three days, all the problems were solved and I'm now a happy camper. I never received any replies to my emails I sent Baer, but when I opened up my credit card statement I noticed that Baer refunded the shipping he had charged me as well as my original cost to send it to him. I think that is reasonable on his part as he didn't fix the problems.

Just wanted to present all the facts.

Thanks for putting all of the facts down on the table once you finally got them. Glad to know that Steve Clark made it right for you. I spite of the long running problem that you couldn't get resolved through the manufacturer, hope that the gun is worth every penny and then some.
