Strange. I keep reading in articles that the law limits detach mags on semi-autos to 5 rounds. Fine, except the law says 10 rounds. The law on assault shotguns says a shotgun having a fixed capacity of 5 rounds AND can accept a detach mag. By that guideline, NO detach mag shotgun has a fixed magazine. Is there an ATF ruling about this? If so, why does Saiga .410 have a 10 rounder available? Who can clarify?
