No wonder the FCC is sitting on its hands when it comes to enforcement of the rules. If it appears that a Democrat broke the rules Joyce Berstein will stonewall any prosecution.
Sounds like it's time for some changes to be made at the FCC. Partisan political acts like this means that the FCC has become nothing but a tool for left wing radicals.
Here's an excerpt of a call by a concerned conservative to the FCC
Caller: "My purpose is to look into the existing rules and regulations to determine IF a violation has occurred, something that may have been intentionally done to illegally affect the forthcoming election."
Berstein: "You mean like how you guys stole the election last time?"
Caller: "The election wasn't stolen. Unless, that is, you want to talk about the 200,000 people in New York that voted twice."
Berstein: "You mean like all the blacks that you disenfranchised?"
Caller: "Joyce, I want to understand whether or not Rather's broadcast may have violated the laws relating to political messages."
Berstein: "So, you're going to investigate the Swiftboat vets too?"
