Left-Handed Bolt Action in 300 BLK

A buddy of mine is looking for one, and it seems as though nobody makes one. Does anybody have any ideas? A threaded barrel is also needed.
 
Savage LH .223 and a 300BO barrel, action wrench, barrel nut wrench, maybe barrel vise, and a way to judge headspace. Takes about 30 minutes after you have all the stuff laid out.
 
Would be an easy conversion from a CZ 527 Left Hand 223.
Simply re-barrel with the 300 barrel. You can use the same magazine and no work need to be done on the bolt
