I am looking to buy a left handed bolt action and build a rifle. Does anyone know where i can buy one? The Caliber can be pretty much anything as big or bigger than a .308. Thanks

These companies make left handed bolt action receivers. If you are looking for a left handed bolt action rifle, look at Savage, Tikka T3, or the Remington 700.
 
Shop around for a used left handed rifle in a chambering with a boltface that will work on a chambering you are interested in. Sell the barrel and stock. when you have the gun built the action will be refinished anyway.
