Does anyone know if the Lee Precision 9-mm/.365 To.60Ln Bullet Feed Kit will work on the Lee Classic Turret Press?
Check Youtube. There are people who have gotten bullet feeders to work with the Classic Turret. Those I've seen do give up a die station to the bullet feeder, so no separate crimp die.
Maybe I'm dense but on a Pro 1000 the shell holder rotates as it rises to the big set holder and that activates the bullet feeder. On a Turret press the shell hold Dr r stays in the same place and the dies rotate. This would mean that every time the press is worked the turret and thus the bullet feeder would rotate to a new station. Wou.dn't that interfere with the primer system and powder feeder? I don't see how this would work.

The OT'S question was about installing a Lee bullet feeder on the Classic Turret Press. The bullet feeder is designed to attach to the seating dye which remains stationary on the Pro 1000 Press. Since the turret rotates on the Classic press I don't see how it would work on the Turret press.
I know you lose a station by adding the hornady bullet feed die, but after a couple weeks of fiddling with it I'm very happy with my results.
I did set up a separate turret with a universal depriming die and my pistol cartridge full length resizes. So basically I size and prime before hand, then change out turrets when I'm ready to load. I didn't buy the bullet feed tubes but made my own.
Actually pretty happy with the set up, when I might not have enough time to reload a whole bunch, I size and prime. Then when I do have the time to invest it's fast and I believe more accurate not thinking about priming.
I'm still a relatively newer reloader so I'm still evolving. So I may procedures in the future. YMMV.
