Got around and changed the toggle on the old press with the new steel linkage. Mine never broke, but I figured it'd be better to replace it in case it would. Most people probably already know you can do this, but perhaps there's a few that don't. In any event, here's some pics.

Parts list:
OF3221 - Ram Pin Step
OF3609 - 1 3/16 Steel Washer
FO2113 - 1 1/4 5/16-18 Bolt
OF3613 - Lever Clamp
OF2853 - BL Challenger Toggle

Not Needed (but pictured):
TP2117 - Link Bolt 3/8X24
FB1181 - Nut 3/8X24

How much were they? It's just Breech Lock parts right?

I have an old second hand Challenger thats still in good shape, but figured the money spent on the parts would get me close to another Breech Lock from Factory Sales.

Yep, just the Challenger Breech Lock parts. Total was $14.50 for the parts from Factory Sales including the two I didn't need, but got screwed on shipping (UPS ) which brought the total to $25.32.

thanks for posting the pics

My Lee press broke last week. Lee replaced the parts (all I had to pay was shipping!!)

With these pics, I am back in business!

Thank you!

Mine is the new style but the old style looks pretty beefy in picture. It is not steel? How does it break?

Coincidence.... I swapped out the toggle on my Lee single stage from that pot metal to steel about a month ago. The old pot metal toggle cracked, so I was forced to. I'd had this press for over 15 years, and countless thousands of rounds of ammo. Hoping it makes it another 15 years.
