LC9sPro Fail to Eject Infrequently?

I've had an LC9sPro for a few months now. Extremely accurate little pistol for it's size and reliable..with one exception. Every once in a while it fails to eject. It might be two magazines worth then one, then hum along for another 100 or 100 rounds at another session then a problem. In other words not much of a pattern and fairly infrequent. I think, not sure, but i think each time has been with a reload. Brass perfectly fine with appropriate bullet and powder charge. I was thinking possibly that the rim might just be chipped enough from previous firing to not be "happy" with the extractor? Guess it might be relegated to shooting new loads? Anyone ever heard of such?

I always figure ANY gun can malfunction.

For anybody that thinks otherwise, well my personal reloads from when I started reloading will dispel THAT myth. :D

My malfunctions were almost always because I was loading light reloads.

I still think you don't have much to worry about. Gives you a real-life reminder that malfunctions CAN happen even with factory ammo.

Good luck.

I hear you but my G26 has been absolutely flawless for 1000s of rounds. I was hoping this would be too so far. A thinner carry option

and reliable..with one exception. Every once in a while it fails to eject.

That doesn't compute to me. If you're getting repeated failures to eject it hasn't shown itself to be reliable.

Have you used reloads of the same power factor with other pistols and had the same issue? You mention your Glock being reliable for thousands of rounds, but does that include the same reloads? It might be worth a test of a few hundred rounds of factory ammo to rule out the reloads as well.
