Lawsuit to challenge plain sight rule??{Ohio}

Anyone hear about this? Caught the last bit of the story on local news. Some lawfirm from Cleveland challenging this part of the bill? " Weapon must be in plain sight while on your person". This means while in a vehicle. "Plain sight" is very vague to me. Can you be in violation if an officer sees only three quarters of your weapon? Are you supposed to tape it to your forehead? :rolleyes:
