Latest TRADOC readiness report?

I heard that someone leaked the latest US Army's TRADOC(Training and Doctine Command) readiness report.

Alegedly supposedly, it is available on the net somewhere. Has anyone seen it? URL or link? I tried a search but came up with nothing. If true, this report along with the comments made by the various school commendants show a VERY bleak picture of the current state of the US Army's readines.
