Latest Info. on Armalite AR-180B?

What's the latest story on Armalite producing/shipping the AR-180B? Last I heard, they were planning on beginning shipping in November/December. Anything changed? Any new info?

Looking to buy a combat rifle and really would like the Ar-180B as an option.
 
Someone on ar15.com said they ordered mid September and was told by VaporArms, oh I mean ArmaLite to expect it my March-April 2002 due to their cam pin guide material mix-up.
The DPMS Lo-Pro review in the latest American Rifleman has me thinking I may have jumped on the AR-180 bandwagon too soon. Looks like lots of sweet rifle for not much money.
