LAST CHANCE TO STOP AMNESTY AND 245 I

TOLL-FREE NUMBER TO CONGRESS 877-762-8762

Republicans are about to let 400,000 illegal aliens become voting Democrats.

They call it amnesty. Tell congress to STOP IMPORTING DEMOCRATS

245I - THE SAME AS AMNESTY

The administration is demanding restoration of Section 245(i).

Section 245(i) is a program that allows illegal aliens to pay $1,000 fines to adjust to legal
status in the U.S. without having to undergo more vigorous screening at American
consulates abroad.

Besides being a reward for illegal behavior, Section 245(i) would also allow illegal
aliens to circumvent the re-entry bar established by Congress in 1996 that ties an
alien's ability to legally reside in the U.S. to their willingness to obey the law.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

It is imperative that you call Majority Leader Trent Lott right now and tell him to
OPPOSE ANY EFFORTS TO RESTORE SECTION 245(i). Tell him to stand
firm against Clinton's demand to reward illegal aliens.

Also contact your Representatives and Senators through the Congressional
Switchboard (202) 224-3121 and urge them to oppose Section 245(i).

TALKING POINTS

Trading restoration of Section 245(i), a legal loophole that allows illegal aliens
to become legal residents after paying $1000 fee, in place of the mass amnesty
demands of the White House would be a bad trade for congressional Republicans
and the American people.

There is no benefit in restoring Section 245(i), a provision that rewards illegal aliens
for their illegal activity when our nation already has over 6 million illegal aliens
currently residing in the U.S.
